Our journey began when we first spotted Happy Plums as graffiti outside of the Tate Modern art gallery in London circa 2010. We don&#8217;t know who the artist is, but the image stuck with us: two little figures with funky hairdos and a straight line for a mouth that looked anything other than &#8220;happy.&#8221; Fast forward many years later, and we would see &#8220;happy&#8221; faces just like the two outside the Tate.
